Guizhou, as the main area where phosphorus resources are found in China, has always been one of the pillars of the province's economy. The abundant phosphorus resources have created exceptionally favorable natural conditions for the rapid development of the province's phosphate chemical industry.
Guizhou Kaiyang Qingli Tianmeng Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianmeng Chemical") is located in Liangshuijing Village, Shuangliu Town, Kaiyang County, Guizhou Province, adjacent to Provincial Highway 305. It is a phosphate salt production enterprise committed to the comprehensive utilization of yellow phosphorus tail gas, the development and production of downstream products of the phosphate chemical industry, and the formation of a circular economy project. It has rich production and management experience. It currently has production facilities for 2 x 10,000 tons/year of yellow phosphorus, 60,000 tons/year of phosphoric acid, 50,000 tons/year of sodium tripolyphosphate, 5,000 tons/year of sodium hexametaphosphate, and 5,000 tons/year of red phosphorus. A 75,000-ton calcium formate annual production facility is under construction. Currently, all carbon monoxide tail gas produced from 20,000 tons/year of yellow phosphorus is used as a heat source for the production of sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium hexametaphosphate, and as a heat source for drying yellow phosphorus raw materials.
