The production system's process design and flow fully meet relevant national standards and comply with newly issued national regulations on clean and civilized production.
The core technologies currently employed are based on completely independent intellectual property. The core technologies are invention patents:
【1】Method for continuous preparation of formic acid and co-production of various phosphates (Patent No. ZI2007 1 00780 73.2). This method is currently one of the most advanced formic acid production methods in China.
【2】Production device for producing calcium formate using yellow phosphorus tail gas by mixed series-parallel method (Patent No. ZL2020 2 0222674.73). This method is a domestic innovation.
Third-generation phosphate production technology: 50,000 tons/year of sodium tripolyphosphate (penta sodium) production technology. This technology uses glyphosate waste—crude sodium pyrophosphate—as a raw material. Through independently developed purification and impurity removal technology, it transforms waste into treasure, producing industrial-grade sodium tripolyphosphate. This solves the serious environmental pollution problem caused by glyphosate production in China, receiving high praise from relevant national departments. It also reduces production costs, resulting in good economic and social benefits. Currently, the cost of industrially produced sodium tripolyphosphate is about 900 yuan per ton lower than that of the traditional acid-base neutralization method. The cost savings are equivalent to increased profits. After deducting taxes and other costs, the net profit increases by about 800 yuan per ton. A 50,000-ton annual production facility increases net profit by approximately 40 million yuan.
A complete industrial chain for recycling, energy saving, and emission reduction has been formed; core technologies have independent intellectual property rights and possess the prerequisites for achieving "carbon neutrality"; independently developed purification and impurity removal technology transforms waste into treasure, producing industrial-grade sodium tripolyphosphate.
