Qingli Group, utilizing its high-quality phosphate and silicon mines, as well as Kaiyang County's unique advantages in the development of phosphatic chemicals, invested in and built a new phosphatic chemical base in the western industrial zone of Kaiyang County. Based on the production of yellow phosphorus, it extends the industrial chain and focuses on developing high-end fine phosphatic chemical products to achieve product upgrades. It has its own 110,000 KVA substation. Following the principle of "Safety First, Quality First", and guided by the idea of "Vigorously Developing the Circular Economy and Taking the Path of Intensive Development", and according to the requirements of "High Degree of Standardization in Production Management and World-Class Factory Environment", the company is committed to producing fine, high value-added phosphatic chemical products. The main products include yellow phosphorus, formic acid, sodium formate, superphosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate, and sodium hexametaphosphate.
Recruitment Needs
(1) Equipment Administrator (2 positions)
1. Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or above (chemical engineering related)
2. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Establish and improve all equipment files, manage the equipment lifecycle, develop annual equipment maintenance and repair plans, supervise the use and operating status of equipment, and regularly check the equipment operation records in the workshop. Responsible for equipment inspection and acceptance into the warehouse, file archiving, supervision, and organization of equipment installation, debugging, and progress control. Develop equipment management systems, conduct equipment safety training, guide employees in the correct use and maintenance of equipment to ensure production needs. Collaborate with the workshop to formulate equipment safety operating procedures and conduct supervision. Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by the leader.
3. Salary: RMB 5,000-8,000/month
(2) Dispatcher (2 positions)
1. Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or above (those with work experience will be given priority under the same conditions)
2. Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
(1) Responsible for the overall work of production scheduling and effectively manage the production process;
(2) Strengthen unified command, organize and lead the work of production dispatchers, hold regular dispatch room meetings, and organize dispatchers to strengthen their learning of production and on-site knowledge to ensure that production tasks are completed on time;
(3) Communicate and coordinate with various workshops and departments to understand the needs and resource conditions of each workshop in order to conduct reasonable scheduling;
(4) Responsible for organizing the startup, shutdown, and preparation work of the company's system, ensuring strict organization and sufficient preparation to achieve safe and timely startup and shutdown;
(5) Solve problems and emergencies that arise during the production process, take timely countermeasures, and report to the leader;
(6) Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by the leader.
3. Salary: RMB 6,000-9,000/month
(3) Mechanic (5 positions)
1. Education Requirement: Junior college or above
2. Job Responsibilities and Requirements
(1) Familiar with the operation process of mechanical worker positions;
(2) Able to understand relevant mechanical processing drawings and other documents;
(3) Hold a welding certificate and be able to use cutting machines, welding machines, and other repair equipment.
(4) Under 35 years old, those with experience in yellow phosphorus plant equipment maintenance are preferred.
3. Salary: RMB 5,000-7,000/month
(4) General Workers (20 positions)
1. Education Requirement: High school
2. Job Responsibilities and Requirements
(1) Complete production tasks on time and in accordance with the quantity required by the workshop supervisor, completing daily and monthly production tasks;
(2) Perform production operations according to process requirements;
(3) Obey the leader's arrangements and complete technical learning tasks outside of this position;
(4) Complete temporary work assigned by the leader.
3. Qualifications:
(5) 25-45 years old, high school education or above;
(6) Hardworking, responsible.
