Kaiyang County Launches 2024 Spring Warmth Action for Private Enterprises

The Kaiyang County United Front's "Warm Spring Action" to serve private enterprises began on March 15th. At the launch meeting that day, Zhang Yong, member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and head of the County United Front Work Department, attended and spoke. Tan Huanghe, vice chairman of the County Political Consultative Conference and chairman of the County Federation of Industry and Commerce, attended the meeting and made arrangements. This "Warm Spring Action" focuses on "delivering care, warmth, services, and policies." It covers all "four-above" private enterprises in the county, including those in industry, agriculture, construction, services, wholesale and retail, tourism and culture, and catering and accommodation. Following the requirements of the Municipal Committee's United Front Work Leading Group, Zhang Yong, member of the Standing Committee of the County Committee and head of the County United Front Work Department, and Tan Huanghe, Vice Chairman of the County Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the County Federation of Industry and Commerce, respectively led four visiting and research groups composed of members from the United Front system and relevant functional departments. Focusing on promoting the "two healthy" developments of the private economy and earnestly implementing the requirements of "going down to the grassroots," the groups will use on-site visits and discussions to understand the production, operation, development, resumption of work and production, market expansion, and innovation and research of private enterprises. They will publicize policies to support and benefit enterprises, listen to the opinions and suggestions of private enterprises, and help coordinate the resolution of practical difficulties. This will allow enterprises to fully feel the care and warmth of the County Committee and County Government, further boost the confidence of private enterprises, stimulate the vitality of private market entities, and promote the high-quality development of the county's private economy.
