Guizhou Kaiyang Qingli Tianmeng Chemical Co., Ltd., established in 2005, is a subsidiary of Guizhou Qingli Group Co., Ltd. Located in Kaiyang County, Guizhou Province, known as the "Phosphorous Capital of China", the company has been in operation for over a decade. During this period, it has achieved rapid growth and remarkable achievements, steadily and rapidly developing. Leveraging its high-quality phosphate and silicon mines, and taking advantage of Kaiyang County's unique advantages in the development of phosphate chemicals, Qingli Group invested in and built a new phosphate chemical base in the western industrial zone of Kaiyang County. Based on the production of yellow phosphorus, it extends the industrial chain and focuses on developing high-end fine phosphate chemical products, achieving product upgrading and transformation. It has a self-owned 110,000 KVA substation. Following the principle of "Safety First, Quality First", and in line with the idea of "Vigorously developing a circular economy and pursuing intensive development", and according to the requirements of "high degree of standardization in production management and world-class factory environment", it is committed to producing refined, high value-added phosphate chemical products. Main products include yellow phosphorus, formic acid, sodium formate, superphosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate, and sodium hexametaphosphate.
Recruitment Needs
(1) Equipment Administrator (2 positions)
1. Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or above (Chemical Engineering related)
2. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsible for establishing and improving all equipment files, managing the equipment life cycle, developing annual equipment maintenance plans, supervising the use and operating status of equipment, and regularly checking workshop equipment operation records. Responsible for equipment inspection and warehousing, document archiving, supervision and organization of equipment installation, commissioning, and progress control. Develop equipment management systems, conduct equipment safety-related training, guide employees in the correct use and maintenance of equipment, and ensure production needs. Cooperate with the workshop to formulate equipment safety operating procedures and conduct supervision. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the leader.
3. Salary: 5000-8000 RMB/month
(2) Dispatcher (2 positions)
1. Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or above (those with work experience will be given priority under the same conditions)
2. Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
(1) Responsible for the overall production dispatching work, effectively grasping the dispatching management in the production process;
(2) Strengthen unified command, organize and lead the work of production dispatchers, hold regular dispatch room meetings, and organize dispatchers to strengthen their learning of production and on-site knowledge to ensure that production tasks are completed on time;
(3) Communicate and coordinate with various workshops and departments to understand the needs and resource conditions of each workshop for reasonable scheduling;
(4) Responsible for organizing the company's system start-up, shutdown, and preparation work, ensuring that the organization is rigorous, the preparation is sufficient, and the start-up and shutdown are safe and timely;
(5) Solve problems and emergencies that arise during the production process, take timely countermeasures, and report to the leadership;
(6) Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
3. Salary: 6000-9000 RMB/month
(3) Mechanic (5 positions)
1. Education Requirement: Junior college or above
2. Job Responsibilities and Requirements
(1) Familiar with the operation process of mechanical work positions;
(2) Able to understand relevant mechanical processing drawings and other documents;
(3) Hold a welder's certificate and be able to use cutting machines, electric welding machines, and other repair equipment.
(4) Under 35 years old, those with yellow phosphorus plant equipment maintenance experience are preferred.
3. Salary: 5000-7000 RMB/month
(4) General Workers (20 positions)
1. Education Requirement: High school
2. Job Responsibilities and Requirements
(1) (According to the requirements of the workshop supervisor, complete production tasks on time and in quantity, completing daily and monthly production tasks;
(2) Carry out production operations according to process requirements;
(3) Obey the leadership's arrangements and complete technical learning tasks beyond this position;
(4) Complete temporary work assigned by the leadership.
3. Qualifications:
(5) 25-45 years old, high school education or above;
(6) Hardworking and responsible.
4. Salary: 4000-6000 RMB/month
