On February 20th, the ninth day of the Lunar New Year, at the Qingli Tianmeng Chemical Co., Ltd. in Kaiyang, Guizhou, the factory machinery roared, workers performed their respective duties, and various production tasks proceeded in an orderly manner, presenting a busy scene.
“Before the Spring Festival, the county Party committee and county government made full arrangements and instructions for our production during the Spring Festival. We prepared sufficient raw materials, ores, magnesium ingots, silica, and other auxiliary materials, and made arrangements for the holidays and production preparations for our personnel during the Spring Festival. Under the premise of safety and environmental protection, we ensured normal production capacity and maintained stable production.” Peng Wenwei, deputy general manager of Guizhou Kaiyang Qingli Tianmeng Chemical Co., Ltd., told reporters that the company deployed production arrangements in advance before the Spring Festival, refined various work measures, and more than 300 employees stayed at their posts, fully supporting the company's uninterrupted supply and production. They worked hard to seize the market and accelerate production, striving for a ‘good start’ in the first quarter and a good start for the whole year's development.
This year's Spring Festival, due to the needs of epidemic prevention and control, the Kaiyang County Party Committee and County Government strongly encouraged enterprises to stabilize and increase production, advocated that employees stay in place for the New Year, and provided a subsidy of 1,000 yuan for each employee from other provinces who stayed in Kaiyang for the New Year. Therefore, while actively responding to the call to ‘stay in place for the New Year,’ Guizhou Kaiyang Qingli Tianmeng Chemical Co., Ltd. also continuously strengthened its normalized epidemic prevention and control work, conducted nucleic acid tests on some returning personnel from other provinces according to unified regulations, scanned health codes and itinerary codes, and strictly implemented the prevention and control requirements, providing a strong guarantee for fully grasping production. It is understood that Guizhou Kaiyang Qingli Tianmeng Chemical Co., Ltd., established in 2005, relies on high-quality phosphate resources, focuses on developing high-end fine phosphate chemical products, comprehensively utilizes industrial waste, and has formed a closed-loop production operation system. In 2020, the company achieved an industrial output value of more than 300 million yuan.
Peng Wenwei introduced that with a new year comes new prospects. In the new year, the company will continue to uphold the concept of green environmental protection, developing a circular economy and pursuing sustainable development. Focusing on the two projects of phosphoric acid and calcium formate, the company will upgrade product quality, adhere to the development direction of high-end, green, and intensive development, continuously strengthen technological innovation, and continuously improve its core competitiveness.
During this year's Spring Festival, many enterprises in the county actively responded to the call, scientifically arranged production plans, insisted on continuous operation and production, and production lines operated at full capacity, striving for a ‘good start.’ Reporters learned from the County Industry and Information Technology Bureau that there are a total of 35 large-scale industrial enterprises in the county, of which 16 achieved continuous production during the Spring Festival. As of now, the other 19 have officially resumed work and production, and the county's resumption rate has reached 100%.
